A culinary cooking challenge for home cooks and budding Masterchef contestants. At Elements Cooking School in Lyall Bay you will do battle over three hours, taking on three hurdles: firstly to find out how well you know your produce, secondly a test of how many flavours you can taste in a dish and finally a mystery box cooking challenge. Up to ten competitors, three hours, three challenges, one winner. $99 per person. Charges apply for morning/afternoon tea and for extended hours room hireage.

You should have experience in:
- Managing and mentoring staff
- Food costing and menu development
- Setting a standard that is never compromised
You will need:
- At least 5 years cooking experience
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to the situation in front of you
- NZ residency or Work permit
