A culinary cooking challenge for home cooks and budding Masterchef contestants. At Elements Cooking School in Lyall Bay you will do battle over three hours, taking on three hurdles: firstly to find out how well you know your produce, secondly a test of how many flavours you can taste in a dish and finally a mystery box cooking challenge.
