Having left New Zealand in 1985 Nicola spent the next 15 years in Sydney and London honing her skills front of house. She worked in the award winning Brackenbury restaurant in London and Bathers Pavilion in Sydney. On her return in 2000 she worked firstly at the White House and then Martin Bosley's in Wellington.
Originally from Australia, Scott has worked in various restaurants in Sydney and the Blue Mountains. Many of his influences come from their time traveling through Europe. Together with his wife Nicola they have been at Elements since 2004.
As the owners since 2004 we had a vision of creating a place in the suburbs where you could get food, wine and service with the same standards of the city but without the hassles. Our food philosophy is the use of the best seasonal and local produce available .
